These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of UnlistMe, operated by Andrew Lipschutz via unlistme.net. By purchasing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

UnlistMe provides a best-effort data-broker removal service. For a one-time fee, we use the information you submit to request opt-outs, deletions, or suppressions across many data-broker and people-search sites (marketing describes coverage of 50+ brokers). Results vary by broker policies, response times, and the accuracy of the information you provide.

UnlistMe does not guarantee that all listings will be removed, that spam or robocalls will permanently stop, or that your information will never reappear. Brokers can re-list data from other sources. The service is a practical privacy effort, not a warranty of zero spam forever.

Fees

The current fee for Full Protection is a one-time payment of $10 USD, charged via PayPal at checkout unless we clearly state otherwise on the site. There is no subscription included with this fee.

Refunds

Because work begins once we receive your paid order and intake details, fees are generally non-refundable after work starts, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe a billing error occurred, contact us promptly.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete information needed for removal requests

• Authorize UnlistMe and its automation agents to contact data brokers and similar directories on your behalf using that information

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and only for people who have authorized the request (or for yourself)

• Be at least 18 years old

No legal advice

UnlistMe is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on the site or in our communications creates an attorney-client relationship.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnlistMe and Andrew Lipschutz are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from the service or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where prohibited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
